She was predeceased by : her husband William Brainard; her sons, Douglas and Peter Brainard; her grandchildren, Keith and Karri; her parents, Fred Mahla and Marie Mahla; and her siblings, Robert Mahla, Doris Linderman and Ann Marie Mahla.
She is survived by : her children, Jean McGlothlin (Ron) of Vermilion, Debra Johnson (Joseph) of Greenville, SC and Mark Brainard (Sherry) of Lorain; and her grandchildren, Jeff, Dan, Audrey, Alice, Philip, Kevin, Christy, Connie, Tammy, Chrystal, April and Christopher. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
