He is survived by: his parents, Carl Cook and Mary "Beve" Cook; his sisters, Jeana and Ivory Cook; his fiancé Ashley Reynolds; and his children, Haley Angelo, Noah Babcock, Gage Babcock and Adyn Reynolds. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Vermilion Church of the Nazarene (14907 Kneisel Rd, Vermilion, OH 44089). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
