He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald Sr. and Mary Lou Petry; and his uncle Steve Petry. He is survived by: his parents, Brenda Chandler (Blair) of Fairhope, AL and Donald Faulkner (Lynn) of Lima; his siblings, Sean Faulkner of Vermilion, Ashley Clavette (Mike) of Vermilion and Kayla Chandler of Perrysville; his grandmother Velma Gordon of Vermilion; and his stepgrandparents, Charlotte and Buddy Chandler of Smithville, OH.. He is also survived by 3 nieces; his nephew.
