He is survived by: his children, Stormie Spencer Chinn of Vermilion, David Spencer (Patricia) of Elyria and Morgan Spencer of Sandusky; his grandchildren, Legend Wright, Kanon Wright, Monti Spencer of Vermilion, Charlie and Cora Spencer of Elyria; his great grandchildren, Jane and Jamison Brown; and his sisters, Carol Morrow (John), Sandra Lapp (Michael) of Birmingham and Donna Jones (Randall) of Huron. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
