He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lapp and Mildred Lapp; and his brother Carlton Lapp. He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his sons, Doug Lapp, Jr. (Jessica) and Brad Lapp (Jessica); his grandchildren, Madelyn and Barrett; his brothers, Mark Lapp (Wendy) and Michael Lapp (Sandy); his sister-in-law Carol Lapp; and his brother Gregory Lapp (Doreen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
