He was predeceased by: his father Clifford A. Terry; and his son Matthew Terry. He is survived by: his sons, Douglas Terry, Jr. of Fort Myers and Duane Terry of St. Peters, Florida; his mother Polly Terry; and his sisters, Dianne Terry of Vermilion and Paula Fitzpatrick (Rick) of Lorain. He is also survived by his grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
