It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Ray Mullins of Vermilion, Ohio, born in Robbins, Tennessee, who passed away on May 27, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Reuben and Pearl Mullins; his grandson Michael Mullins; and his siblings, Inis Mericle, Dorothy Brown, Alta Hatfield, Ralph, Frank and Stanley Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine Mullins; his son Michael Mullins (Jackie) of Birmingham; his grandchildren, Jessica Rowley and Kevin Mullins (Paige); his great grandchildren, Brayden, Nathan, Sophia Rowley, Karley and Kyson Mullins; and his brother Howard Mullins (Mary) of St. Louis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Lakeview Baptist Church (591 Ferndale Ave, Vermilion, OH 44089). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 1:45 PM at the Maple Grove Cemetery (8303 Cemetery Rd, Vermilion, OH 44089). A burial was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at the same location.
