With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Emmett R Greely of Vermilion, Ohio, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 15, 2025 at the age of 92. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo M. Greely and Clara E. Greely; and his brother Paul Greely. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Greely of Vermilion; his children, Elizabeth Ann Kishman (Doug), Emmett Greely (Melissa) and Lori Greely; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Albrethsen, Paul Kishman, Lauren Alberici, Katherine Greely, Emily Greely, Alaina Lanni and Ashlee McGuire. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Mercy Health New Life Hospice by Compassus, 3500 Kolbe Road, Lorain, OH 44053.
