She was predeceased by: her daughter Paula; her son-in-law Bob Hall; her grandson Bryan; her parents, Harvey Ray and Mattie E. Fowler; and her siblings, Ruth, Imogene, Shirley, Velma, Hilda, Harvey, Roy, Clyde, David, Dennis and Tom.

She is survived by: her husband Willard Mercure; her children, Rosanna Miller (Larry), Carl Hill (Lori) and Sherry Reising; her grandchildren, Darian, Cori, Carl, Rebecca, Rachel, Randy, Richard, Valerie, Rita, Robert and Jessie; her great grandchildren, William, Robert, Olivia, Renna, Thornton, Justin, Lucas, Derk and Vincent; and her brothers, Dewey Fowler of Florida, Roger Fowler (Patty) of Florida and Eugene Fowler of West Virginia. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
