He is survived by: his wife Diane Melody of Vermilion; his sons, Thomas Melody (Terri) of Vermilion and James Patrick Melody (Teresa) of Shepherdsville, KY; his grandchildren, Rachel Lynn Melody, John Lepard Melody and Alisha Curtsinger (Gabe); his great grandchildren, Adam, Aiden, Matthew and Olivia; his stepgrandchildren, Zachary (Jennifer), Whitney, Domanique and Benjamin; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jack, Elise and Alaina; his brother Jack Melody of Littleton, CO; and his half-sister Carol June Melody.
