He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Mollohan and Helen Mollohan (Lee); his siblings, Lee Mollohan and Vedah; and his brother-in-law Bill Balduff (Cookie Miller).
He is survived by: his wife Mary "Cookie" Miller; his sister-in-law Mary Mollohan; and his cousin Mike Heys. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
