Gavin leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Gavin’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Gavin will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James and Donna McLaughlin. He is survived by: his parents, Melissa McLaughlin (Brian Kershaw) and Eric McLaughlin; his sisters, Savannah and Isabella McLaughlin; his half-sister Alyssa; his nephews, Owen, Wyatt and Waylon; his niece Willow; and his grandmother Sherry Stone (Terry). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Riddle Funeral Home (5345 South St, Vermilion, OH 44089).
