He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Elvin "Al" and Annabel Culler (Ball); and his sister Sandy Konzen. He is survived by: his wife Sue Culler (Ivy); his stepchildren, Melissa Jhirad (Eric) and Troy Miller; his grandchildren, Emersyn Jhirad, Addison Miller and Carson Miller; his sister Cindy; and his brothers-in-law, Tom Kellar and Larry Konzen.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Foos & Foos Funeral Service (151 Yorkshire Pl, Bellevue, OH 44811). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Foos and Foos Funeral Service (151 Yorkshire Pl, Bellevue, OH 44811).
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in Jim's memory.
