He was predeceased by : his parents, James Kramer and Evelyn Kramer (Foote). He is survived by : his children, James "Jamie" Laurents Kramer (Laura) of Edgerton, Kansas, Carolyn Dianne Estrada (Frank) of Tiffin, Wendy Leigh Kramer (David O'Brien) of Shoreline and Ellen Bell (Donald) of Tiffin; and his sisters, Claudia Springer (Jeff) and Janet Peer (Craig). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

“Mark & I were so sorry to hear of Jack's passing! He was a great neighbor of ours at the lake Erie. We loved his talent in all technical set ups of music. and enjoyed going to the pavilion to see sunset movies that he set up for our community to watch . He loved klondike ice cream bars as much as we do and he a nd Uncle Bob kept their freezers full . He will be truly missed. Mark & kathy Hayman”
