It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joann S. McCormick (Vermilion, Ohio), who passed away on December 3, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Harris and Margaretha Harris. She is survived by: her husband Earl "Joe" McCormick; her children, Mary "Cathy" McClean (late Mike), Margaret "Sue" Jordan (Gary), Michael "Joey" McCormick, Marsha Jonas and Melinda "Linny" Zielinski (Mike); her grandchildren, Joshua Gibson, Alec Miller, Mathew Jordan, Brianna Jordan-Locaputo, Tristan Jonas, Samuel Garvey, Patrick Garvey, William Garvey and Audrey Garvey; and her great grandchildren, Luca, Sally and Maddie.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
