He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cyrek and Stella Cyrek; his son Joseph M. Cyrek; his sister Nancy Hector; his brother-in-law Dan Boyd; and his father-in-law Hallie Frye.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Cyrek; his daughter Niki Yacobozzi (Paul); his granddaughter Devan; his siblings, Edward Cyrek (Linda), Linda Boyd and Sharon Cabranes (Alvin); his siblings-in-law, DeeDee Ernandes (Joe) and Lee Frye (Lisa); his nieces, Elena Krill (JP) and Avery Frye; his nephew Anthony Ernandes (Kate); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Meadow, Colt, Remi and Grady; and his mother-in-law Sandy Frye. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Riddle Funeral Home (5345 South St, Vermilion, OH 44089). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
