He was predeceased by: his mother Teresa Smith. He is survived by: his father Lewis Smith; his close friend Rachel Park; his sister Leigh Otero (Jose); and his nieces and nephews, Dylan Kaiser, Summer Park and Lilly Park. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Maple Grove Cemetery (8303 Cemetery Rd, Vermilion, OH 44089). A reception will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Lewis Smith's Home.
