It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Evans of Vermilion, Ohio, born in Catlettsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on March 16, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Allen B. Evans; her parents, Walter Tackett and Alpha Tackett; and her brother Walter M. Tackett. She is survived by : her siblings, Donald L. Tackett (Emily) of Ashland, KY, Judy F. Pilarsh (Leonard "Jock") of Oberlin, Debra R. Santana (Perry Mendoza) of Lorain and Pamela D. Fitzpatrick of Lorain. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
