He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth McCarthy and Rex Osborn; his siblings, Kathy Osborn and Jack Osborn; and his stepsister Erin McCarthy.
He is survived by: his stepfather Daniel G. McCarthy of Norwalk; his siblings, Rick Osborn (Donna) of North Fairfield, Robert Osborn (Tonya) of Borger, Texas, Patti Neiding (Chris) of Vermilion and Debbie Roswell of Anderson, SC; and his stepsister Dawn McCarthy of Vermilion. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
