It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Bulan of Vermilion, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on December 10, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Bulan and Anna Bulan. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Bulan of Vermilion; his children, Richard Bulan (Lin Xu) and Christy Wilcox (Dennis); his brother Bob Bulan (Robin); and his grandchildren, Jack, Peter Bulan, Spencer, Caden Wilcox, Adina and Alana Guo.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Parish (731 Exchange St, Vermilion, OH 44089). A Mass will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Vermilion Port Authority or the Erie County Board of Health.
