He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Decker and Ethelyn Decker; and his sister-in-law Debbie Haines. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Decker; his daughters, Jessica Decker (Kendrick Thompson) of Savannah and Jennifer Clark (Branden) of Amherst; his grandchildren, Emma, Haylee and Hannah; his brother Gary Decker (Beverly) of Brunswick, Georgia; his siblings-in-law, Earl Doyle (Julie) and Kathy Baker (Ron); and his nieces and nephews, Erin Root, Rich Decker, Masin Decker (Madison), Ellynn O'Rourke (Chris), Justin Carroll (Dee), Austin Haines (Taylor Burger), Kristen Baker, Aaron Baker, Madeline Doyle, Joe Doyle and Ian Doyle.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson Foundation of Northwest Ohio, 150 West South Boundary, PBM #202, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551.
