He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Burkett and Dorothy Burkett; and his daughter Deborah Sue. He is survived by: his wife Janice Burkett; his son Matthew Burkett (Beth Ann); his grandson Nathan Burkett; his friend Sierra Kastor; and his brother Charles Burkett (Marianne).
