He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmadge D. Gentry and Connie E. Lowe; and his girlfriend Michelle "Shelly" Key. He is survived by: his children, Stacey of Lorain, Cory (Heidi) of Norwalk and Dustin of Elyria; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Ava, Austin, Anderson, Gabriella and Ashlynn; and his siblings, Debbie of Vermilion and Terry (Karen) of North Port, Florida. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
