She is survived by: her daughter April Sklarek (Landon Walker) of Vermilion; her granddaughter Amanda Sklarek; her brother Raymond Teter (Brenda); her husband Cary Rowan; and her son Travis C. Rowan.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
