She was predeceased by : her parents, Emma Buzilow and Erich J. Buzilow; and her husband Robert Bilbay. She is survived by : her children, Stephen Staie (Shannon) of Red Oak, TX, Elaine Spicher (Matt) of Bloomsburg, PA and Debra Lavey (Doug) of Bradford, OH..
