He was predeceased by: his wife Sherian L. Bensman (Hoffman); his son-in-law David Dillman; his brothers, Alvin (Joanne Bensman), Valinus (Pat Bensman), Virgil (Mildred Bensman), Lester (Phyllis Bensman) and Leroy (Rosemary Bensman); and his brother-in-law Ivo Walterbusch.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sheila (Patrick Voisard), Kathleen (Thomas McKibben), Rolanda (John McKibben) and Traci (Kevin Huston Sr.); his grandchildren, Sarah (Nick Jones), Jason Voisard (Lori Albers), Nathan (Amanda Hemmelgarn), Cassey Marie (Dylan Carter), Marissa (Brock Gibson), David Dillman Jr., Joseph Lee Huston, Zachary Huston, Kevin Huston Jr. and Allan Huston; his great grandchildren, Macenzy Hemmelgarn, Caitlyn Hemmelgarn, Jordan Hemmelgarn, Eleanor Jones, Kieran Gibson, Kamran Dakin, Ryder Gibson, Klayten Dakin, Luke Gibson, Lydia Gibson and Remington Gibson; and his sister Elizabeth "Betty" Walterbusch of Maria Stein. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stocker-Fraley Funeral Home (131 W Oakwood St, Bradford, OH 45308). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Bradford (134 W Walnut St, Bradford, OH 45308).
