She was predeceased by: her husband William Peters; her parents, William Bouyack and Elsie Bouyack; her siblings, Clara Hemminger, Hilda Wollenslegel, Herbert Bouyack, Joan Rogers and Janet Parkhurst; and her son-in-law Timothy Bandy.
She is survived by: her children, Edwin Peters, Frank Peters (Debby) and Kathy Bandy; and her siblings, Ernie Bouyack (Kay) and Lois Bradford. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 17 great grand children, seven great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Auxter-Recker Funeral Home (218 S Main St, Clyde, OH 43410). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (1320 Co Rd 268, Vickery, OH 43464).
Memorial contributions in honor of Dorothy Peters may be made to the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church or to a hospice of your choice.
