He was predeceased by : his father Richard Chamberlain; and his brother Dave Chamberlain. He is survived by : his wife Rose Smith Coleman of Vickery, OH; his stepdaughter Jessica Coleman of Green Springs, OH; his grandchildren, Audrie Kohlenberg of Green Springs, OH, Tyler Coleman of Green Springs, OH and Elijah Coleman of Green Springs, OH; his mother Lucille "Lou" Chamberlain (Burgener) of Fremont, OH; his siblings, Sharon Malczewski (Michael) of Toledo, OH, Mike Chamberlain (DiDi) and Steve Chamberlain (Judy) of Fremont; and his sister-in-law Christine Chamberlain of Columbus.
