He is survived by: his wife Patricia Anne Bezjak; his daughters, Renee Rush (Mark) of Poland and Rachelle Bizon (Tim) of Brunswick, Ohio; his grandchildren, Charleah Trombitas (Matt), Timmy Bizon and Ashley Bizon; his brother Jarrett Slaven (Patsy) of Brandon, Florida; and his niece Richelle Jennings (Tony).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Animal Welfare League (AWL) in Vienna.
