She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles I. Kirkpatrick and Grace Kirkpatrick (Mullinex); and her daughter Kara L. Rowan. She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Rowan (Marvin Eddy); her sister Loraine Addison (Kirkpatrick); Crystal, Michelle, Delores, Jerry Steege and Cathy Bell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and their children.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Christ Lutheran Church of Vienna, the Sanctuary of Light, or the Actor's Guild in memory of Kay.
