He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Buck and Mary Adams Rothwell; his wife Dorothy "Dottie" Rothwell; and his sisters, Betty Freed, Inez Postelwait and Molly Dulaney.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Packer (Ron), Leslie Goudy (Terry) and Michael Rothwell (Sharon). He is also survived by five grandchildren; six great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
