He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Cook and Sybil Brand Cook. He is survived by: his wife Eva L. Cook; his children, Diane L. Fouss and Richard M. Cook (Molly); his grandchildren, Josh Fouss, Jeremy Fouss (Peri), Jordan Cook (Amanda) and Michal Lauren Cook (Shrey Aggarwal); and his great grandchildren, Brindley, Lyla Cook, Bowie Cook, Adam and Corinne Fouss.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the North End Church of Christ (1301 W Virginia Ave, Parkersburg, WV 26104). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
