He is survived by: his daughters, Marie Garretson (Tim) and Lori Borman (Tom); his stepsons, Jerry Long (Stephanie) and Terry Long; his grandchildren, Justin Garretson, Nathan Garretson, Anthony Garretson (Rebecca), Jaclyn Grayson and Matthew Borman; his siblings, Tim Grayson (Serena) and Emily "Cricket" Wendelken; and his sister-in-law Bindy Grayson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Barlow Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home (11 White Oak Wds Dr, Vincent, OH 45784). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Veto Cemetery (4810 OH-339, Vincent, OH 45784).
