He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence William and Mary Alice Hayes Foreman; and his siblings, Clarence E. "Junior" Foreman (Juanita), Francis "Bud" Foreman (Ellen), Kathryn I. Miles (Orval W. "Jack"), Carolyn Wise (Daymon) and Nancy Gilley (Paul).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rose Freeland Foreman; his son Phillip E. Foreman (William DeLong); and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
