She was predeceased by: her parent Nath Horn; her husband Michael Rumer; and her siblings, Ralph Horn, Sara Horn, Gertrude Wallace, Lottie Presley and Helen Worthy.
She is survived by: her siblings, Bobbie Keen of Orlando, FL. and Jessie J. Horn.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sunset Memorial Funeral Home (1934 Dupont Rd, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at the Sunset Memory Gardens (1934 Dupont Rd, Parkersburg, WV 26101).
