He is survived by: his daughters, Natasha Shuler (James) of Vincent, OH and Shay Powers of Parkersburg, WV; his grandchildren, Makayla Taylor, Marissa Taylor, Sabrinia Leech, Tatianna Shuler, Randal Leech and Stephen Shuler; his great grandchild Ellie Koon; his sister Adrienna Gates (Doug) of Parkersburg; and his uncle Dempsey Ferguson (Polly). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
