He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard "Tim" Ousley and Mary Agnes Snyder Ousley; his daughter Shelley Ousley Rowe; and his brother-in-law Bobby Clark. He is survived by: his wife Jennett "Tweet" Oiler Ousley; his daughters, Amy Mullins and Tasha Alvaro (Kristine); his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Brenden Mullins, Parker, Pryce and Haven Alvaro; his siblings, Linda Clark, Timmy Ousley, Beth Riley (Jim), Susan Ousley, Laura Ousley (Teddy), Sylvia Mannering (Shane) and Sarah Jordan (Tony); the mother of his children Vicki Ousley; and his sister-in-law Jennell Oiler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
