He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Penwell, Sr. and Edith Everett Penwell; and his wife Wanda Anderson Penwell. He is survived by: his children, Joshua Penwell (Tasha) of Vinton, Ohio and Rachel Lear (Rusty) of Laurelville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Drew Penwell (Sophia Gadrin), Nickolas Hufford (Ashley), Ian Lear, Landry Lear and Sidney Lear (Christian Algoe); and his great grandchildren, Colton and Ava.
