She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Scott Clay and Mary Ann Lucas Clay; her husband Robert G. Caldwell; her daughter Debbie J. Wolford; and her siblings, Curly Clay, Carl Ray Clay, Nathan Clay, Tom Clay, Lester Clay, Edgar Clay, Genny Racer, Ardith, Redith and Ida.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Caldwell (Judy), Darrell Caldwell (Liz) and Tina Caldwell (Shawn); her siblings, Bob Clay of South Carolina and Mary Lou "Bunny" Gay of Mississippi; and her grandchildren, Sonya Warren (Michael), Justin Wells (Holly), Ashley Gaines (Austin), Ryan Caldwell (Katie), Erica Caldwell, Ronny Burns (Sable), Lacie Dobbins (Will), Cory Caldwell, Caleb Ferrell and Connor Ferrell. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Willis Funeral Home (12 Garfield Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Old Kyger Freewill Baptist Church in Bidwell, Ohio.
