It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Edward Eblin of Vinton, Ohio, born in Gallipolis, Ohio, who passed away on November 22, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Glen Edward and Gladys Pauline Eblin (Sands). He is survived by : his children, Angela St. Clair, Richie Eblin and Adam Eblin; his grandchildren, Hunter Eblin, Haylee Eblin, Austyn Eblin, Brady Eblin, Savannah St. Clair and Chloe St. Clair; and his brothers, Keith Eblin, Mike Eblin (Judy) and Marc Eblin (Pam). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
