It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Lee Ward of Vinton, Ohio, born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Ward and Pearlie Ward (Church); and his siblings, Willie, Gratho Ward and Christine Reynolds.

He is survived by : his children, Crystal Jewell (Robert), Melody Ward, Terry Orechoneg, Theresa Spires (Shawn Pollard) and Roger D. Ward (Ashley); his grandsons, Anthony and Aaron Jewell; his children, Jacob, Sabrina, Jason Spires, Shaylee and Roman Ward; his siblings, Don Ward, Roscoe Ward (Joyce), Vinton and Avalene Carroll (Jessie); and his daughter-in-law Ginger Holley.
