He was predeceased by: his parents, John Augustynovich and Norma Augustynovich; and his brothers, Donald and Harold. He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise "Marylou"; his brother Robert (Mary); his nephew Andrew; his sister Carol Dittrich (Mark); his sister-in-law Janis; his niece Crista; and his uncle Frank. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
