It is with sadness that the passing of Janet Eileen Hoerger of Wadsworth, Ohio is shared. Janet, born on March 22, 1936, passed away on October 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Friedt and Vera Friedt (Newcomer); her husband Glen Elden; her son-in-law Mark Williams; and her brother John (Mary-Lou Friedt).
She is survived by: her children, Chris Boone (Dave) of Seville, Faith Williams of Wadsworth, John Hoerger (Kim) of Minerva and Jeff Hoerger (Debby) of Wadsworth; and her brother Jim Friedt (Jan) of Arden. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Auble-Gillman Funeral Home (360 W Sunset Dr, Rittman, OH 44270). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
