She was predeceased by: her husband Paul "Jack" Oliver; her parents, Howard Cook and Marie Cook; her brother-in-law Edward Gregory; and her great-nephew Tom Gregory of New York.
She is survived by: her children, Greg (Andy), Brad of Delaware and Robyn Eastman (Alan) of Medina; her grandsons, Chad of Medina and Troy Eastman of Columbus; her great grandchildren, Bryce and Aubrie; her sister Elva "Penny" Gregory of New York; and her friends, Helen Thigpen, Corinne Bacher and Nancy Adams. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews; in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to King's Way Church in memory of Joan Oliver.
