He was predeceased by : his parents, Chester Hayth and Evelyn Hayth; and his siblings, Elsie Brooks, Ron Hayth and Chester Hayth Jr..
He is survived by : his wife Elnora; and his children, Scott Hayth of Norton, Shawn Hayth (Cathy) of Louisville, KY and Valary Puchalsky (John) of Norton. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
