She is survived by: her husband Nick Annibale; her sons, Ezekiel "Zeke" and Jonah; her parents, Chuck Mohr and Lynn Mohr; her brothers, Nick Mohr (Heather) and Jeff Mohr; and her grandmother Gerry Zickes. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
