In the sacred silence of farewell, Patricia is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rena Lewandowski (Ogrodowicz) and Sigmund Lewandowski; and her siblings, George (Susan) and Susan Lewandowski. She is survived by: her husband Tom; and her children, Mike (Dalvane), Mark, Greg and Mary Fran.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in memory of Pat, to either Sacred Heart Church or to St. Jude Hospital.
