She was predeceased by: her parents, Job Mitchell, Sr. and Ethel Mitchell (Alexander); her husband Shelby Cecil; and her siblings, George, Paul, Robert, Job Mitchell, Jr. and Betty Brandt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shelly Cagle (Ron) of Cape Coral, FL and Jane Shepherd (Jeff) of Medina, OH.; and her siblings, Barbara Young (David) of Troy, OH and Richard Mitchell (Linda) of Kodiak, TN.. She is also survived by grandchildren and 11 adored great-grandchildren.
