He was predeceased by: his parents, Olen D. Sr. Pittman and Betty Jean Pittman (Gammell). He is survived by: his sons, Luke Pittman (Repair) of Rittman, Samuel Pittman of West Salem and Joshua Pittman of West Salem; his siblings, Wanda (Thomas Foster) of Creston and Olen Jr. "Peanut" (Michelle Pittman) of Creston; his nieces and nephews, Paige, Peyton, Sidney, Andrea, Wesley, Jazmine, Bradley and Christian; his friend Bill Yost; and his pet Odin.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in care of the funeral home.
