He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Fulton and Marguerite Fulton (Wallace); and his sisters, Mary "Shirley" Fulton and Linda Shushok (Larry). He is survived by: his wife Frances E. Fulton; his children, Daniel Fulton (Amy) of Doylestown and Bridget Williams of Cranberry, PA; and his grandchildren, Thomas Mautz, Joseph Mautz, Claire Williams, Callum Williams and Margaret Fulton.
